Sell Your Gold
10-Carat Gold – This gold is 41.6 percent pure and is used in a lot of jewelry items. 14-Carat Gold – With 14 of the 24 carats being pure gold, this blend is 58.3 percent pure. 18-Carat Gold – This gold is classified as 75 percent pure, because 18 of its 24 carats are pure gold. 24-Carat Gold – Although this type of gold is the purest, its malleable properties make it hard to use in jewelry. As a result, it is usually mixed with other metals to enhance its durability. White, Yellow, & Rose Different carats of gold often come in different hues. For example, both white and yellow gold is often comprised of 14 and 18-carat gold. The difference in the colors is attributed to the additional alloys — think silver, platinum, etc. — that make up each blend. Rose gold, which is usually made from 10 and 14-carat gold, gets its pinkish cast from the copper that comprises it.

Vender Su Oro
